One sunny and lively morning, Russ decided to surprise his classmates with a joke. He hid a rubber spider in the teacher’s desk. When Mrs. Thompson, the kind and patient teacher, opened the desk drawer, she jumped back in shock, making the whole class giggle uncontrollably.

Another day, Russ brought his pet frog to school. He let his friends see it during break time, and all the kids were amazed. They called the frog Jumper.

Despite his mischievous behavior, Russ Halsey had a kind heart. He wanted to help others. Russ learned that having fun is great, but being kind and helpful is even better.

Russie Hals learned to be more thoughtful, and all his friends loved him for his cheerful nature. Russ was remembered for his funny pranks and his helpful nature.
